ABOUT ME

I have over 20 years of experience working with Agencies, Information Technology, Publishing, Government Contracting, and Retail markets as a Sr. Product/UX designer. I have an Associate degree in Graphic Design and an Associate Level Technical Business Analyst with 8 years of Kaizen and Lean Philosophy practice. I consider myself a good culture fit in any environment, working well under pressure with a good sense of humor. I enjoy meeting new people and finding ways to help them have an uplifting experience.
My most recent project as a Senior UX/UI Designer at CareSource was to design a user-centric clinical application for Care Managers. In this project, I accomplished a better and faster way for users to streamline a consistent process without pain-points and work-around to record member data. When users log in, the application would notify the user by ID of their Tasks and Alerts of members assigned to them. I found that these two triggers are what drive their day-to-day workflow. So, each Task and Alert will guide users with a wizard feature that would drive a step-by-step process without training or mistakes and the data is consistent.
Also, I designed a campaign tool for Clinical and Marketing outreach teams. The purpose of this tool was to provide users a campaign management application for all channels of communication by outreach and output a member preference list for vendors. Once the outreach
is active we would also record touch-points and process disposition by vendor bounce back to update our member contact information.
My current project to date with Global Technical Services is to validate and redesign the current tools for the Air Force by providing a better user experience when users submit to the Incident/Intake request ticketing system. Based on ticket-type, it will then be routed to the correct value center and get prioritized for the request to be completed.
